What You'll Need:
1/2 everything bagel
1.5 oz smoked salmon
creme fraiche
baby cucumber, sliced
1/4 c baby tomato medley, quartered
1/2 Tbsp capers
drizzle olive oil (I used lemon infused, but you can do this yourself by squeezing a pinch of lemon juice from a wedge and mixing w/ a tablespoon olive oil)
chive, for garnish
pinch pepper, optional
How to Prepare:
Toast your everything bagel.
Top w/ a generous slather of creme fraiche, then pile on your smoked salmon, tomatoes, capers, drizzle of olive oil, chives, and pinch of pepper if you'd like.

This Bagel & Lox was another menu item for my girlfriends on our trip to the North Shore! Bagel & Lox has to be one of the easiest meals to assemble, giving the fanciest presentation in minutes w/ minimal effort. Simple to dress up w/ fresh ingredients such as tomato, capers, chive or onions--the list goes on! Great to enjoy al fresco w/ a loved one for a weekend brunch! Don't forget the mimosas!
